To begin with, you have to AVOID introducing any refined sugar or harmful artificial sweeteners. What I do instead is use either a tiny hint of natural maple syrup or perhaps a half box of natural stevia to simply gently enhance my coffee.
Alternatively, work with a bit of REAL full-fat cream (normal grass-fed if you can find it, while the CLA in cream is very healthy).
